Chulalongkorn University’s Graduate Scholarship Program for ASEAN or Non-ASEAN Countries
(2nd Semester, 2023 and 1st Semester, 2024)
Chulalongkorn University has taken a leading role in implementing interactive collaboration with the international community. In order to further develop academic cooperation between Thailand and foreign countries, the University has established the “Graduate Scholarship Programme for ASEAN or Non-ASEAN countries” to provide financial assistance to international students who wish to pursue their higher graduate studies at Chulalongkorn University.
Term of the Scholarships:
1. Two-year Master’s degree scholarship
2. Three-year Doctoral degree scholarships

Application Procedures and Period:
1. Applicants must send the completed application form and relevant documents directly to the Faculty/Program of their choice before the deadline set by the University’s Office of Academic Affairs. For further information about all programs offered by Chulalongkorn University, please visit https://bit.ly/ChulaG
2. Applicants must be screened and recruited by the Faculty/Program of their choice before their names are forwarded to the Office of Academic Affairs, Chulalongkorn University. All relevant application documents which have been screened by the Faculty/Program must arrive at the Office of Academic Affairs.
It should be noted that each Faculty/Program sets its own application deadline and selection schedule. The deadline to accept to application;
2.1 no later than is November 13, 2023 for the second semester of 2023 academic year,
2.2 no later than May 13, 2024 for the first semester of 2024 academic year.
Applicants should send their application form and relevant documents to the Faculty/Program of their choice at least 2 weeks prior to the deadline set by the University’s Office of Academic Affairs.
ทั้งนี้ ขอให้ส่วนงานที่ประสงค์จะขอรับการจัดสรรทุนพิจารณาดำเนินการ สรรหา คัดเลือก และเสนอชื่อผู้สมัครที่ส่วนงานประสงค์จะให้รับทุนการศึกษาที่มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดและผ่านการพิจารณาความเหมาะสมในการเข้าศึกษาของคณะกรรมการบริหารของแต่ละหลักสูตร/ส่วนงาน โดยขอให้ส่งใบสมัครและเอกสารประกอบการสมัครฯ ที่ครบถ้วนไปยังฝ่ายขับเคลื่อนพันธกิจวิชาการ สำนักบริหารวิชาการ ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป
